Captain’s Log, Stardate 4727.5:
The USS Co-Parenting is locked in a grueling scheduling battle with the USS Chaos. Mission objective: agree on a simple drop-off time. Current status: critical failure.
If you’re looking for a site that blends music, rants, advocacy, and a sprinkle of dad jokes, you’ve found it. This is my corner of the internet, a living, breathing portfolio of projects, random thoughts, and the occasional existential crisis. Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of websites.
Music & Creativity
Ever wondered what happens when life throws you curveballs and you turn them into songs? That’s what you’ll find here, music that’s raw, real, and sometimes produced with the help of AI (because who has time for a full band anymore?). Check out my latest tracks or marvel at how technology has made my life easier, and yours more interesting.
Captain’s Logs (or: Today’s Shenanigans)
Some people journal. I Captain’s Log. These are short, fun blogs about life’s little absurdities, like trying to explain AI to your parents or figuring out why cats insist on knocking things over. Perfect for when you need a quick laugh or a reason to procrastinate.
Blogs & Opinions
Ready for some deep dives into the world’s most pressing issues? And by that, I mean everything from disability advocacy and family court frustrations to why pineapple on pizza is a divisive topic (spoiler: it’s delicious). Buckle up, it’s honest, it’s real, and it’s unapologetically me.
News & Updates
Want to stay in the know? Here’s where I’ll spill the tea on my latest projects, including the groundbreaking work at United Disabilities, Ask Disability, and Equal Tech Innovations. It’s like a press conference but without the boring suits.
Living Portfolio
This isn’t just a portfolio; it’s a living portfolio. What does that mean? It’s always growing, changing, and probably questioning its life choices. From startups to music production, you’ll see everything I’m working on (and maybe even what I’ve given up on).
Projects & Collaboration
I’m always up to something, whether it’s building platforms, creating music, or trying to make AI less terrifying. If you want to collaborate, drop me a line. Just don’t ask me to join a pyramid scheme or sell you essential oils.
Terry Loerch is many things: a CEO, a musician, an advocate, a father, and the kind of person who turns life’s chaos into creativity. With over 23 years of experience spanning public relations, marketing, nonprofit development, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), disability resources, startup growth, and neuroscience, Terry has built a career out of challenging norms and breaking barriers.
Terry is an expert in public relations and marketing, with a knack for building brands, crafting compelling narratives, and turning ideas into impactful campaigns. His deep knowledge of AI systems having worked with hundreds of them, has set him apart as a forward-thinking innovator. Frustrated by the limitations and inefficiencies of existing AI technologies, Terry began developing his systems to push boundaries and improve upon what’s out there. This drive led to the creation of groundbreaking platforms like Ask Disability and Equal Tech Innovations, designed to better serve the disabled community and beyond.
Terry’s professional journey began in the field of neuropsychology, where he worked on multimillion-dollar programs, blending his passion for science and his dedication to helping others. He was pursuing a PhD in neuropsychology when a spinal cord injury abruptly changed the course of his life. Despite the immense challenges, Terry turned this life-altering event into a catalyst for innovation and advocacy, ultimately leading him to the work he does today.
As the founder of United Disabilities, Ask Disability, and Equal Tech Innovations, Terry is dedicated to creating platforms that empower others, foster inclusivity, and inspire change. His work is driven by the belief that disabilities are not limitations but unique perspectives that can reshape the world when given the right opportunities.
Terry’s resilience mirrors his professional determination. After surviving 32 surgeries, domestic violence, and more than a few battles with the court system, he has emerged as a leader who combines determination with a sharp sense of humor. Despite these hurdles, he has devoted himself to advocacy, innovation, and family, all while raising his son and caring for his father with Lewy Body dementia.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Terry is passionate about making a difference. Whether building groundbreaking AI systems to assist the disabled community, producing music through Highway to Waves Production, or writing about life’s quirks, Terry’s mission is clear: to leave the world a little better (and maybe a lot more fun) than he found it.
When he’s not busy changing the world, Terry can be found crafting blogs with a dash of sarcasm, turning life experiences into songs, or figuring out why his cat insists on being the boss. He believes in the power of people, the importance of setting boundaries, and the idea that success isn’t measured by spreadsheets but by the lives you touch.

Music is more than sound, it’s a story, a feeling, and a way to connect with the world. Over the years, I’ve poured my life experiences, triumphs, and challenges into music, creating pieces that resonate deeply with listeners. With three albums and three singles currently available globally on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and more, my goal is to share that connection with as many people as possible. Each track is a reflection of the stories we live, the emotions we feel, and the moments that shape us.

People often ask me, “What’s your secret to success?” My answer is simple: there isn’t one. Success isn’t about knowing a magic formula or having all the answers, it’s about mindset, persistence, and the willingness to fail, learn, and try again. It’s about showing up, even when the odds aren’t in your favor, and turning every setback into a stepping stone.
Here’s the thing:
I don’t believe success is reserved for the smartest, the wealthiest, or the most talented. I believe success is for anyone willing to put in the work, adapt, and push through the noise. It’s not about where you start but how you grow. It’s about the choices you make when no one is watching and the standards you hold yourself to every single day.
Life is like building a wall. You don’t focus on the entire thing all at once it’s overwhelming. Instead, you focus on laying one perfect brick at a time. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Some days, it feels like the wall is crumbling faster than you can build it, but that’s okay. You keep going. Because over time, those small, consistent efforts build something solid something extraordinary.
You don’t need to have all the answers to succeed. You just need to start. Success isn’t about having it all figured out it’s about taking that first step and learning as you go. It’s about choosing growth over comfort and progress over perfection.
The truth is, anyone can be successful if they’re willing to put in the effort and stay true to their purpose. The world is full of people who gave up when it got hard, but it’s also full of people who kept going. Be the latter. Success is a marathon, not a sprint, and if you’re in it for the long haul, you’ll get there.
So, here’s my challenge to you:
Start laying your bricks, one by one. Build something that lasts. And remember, success isn’t about where you end up; it’s about the journey and the person you become along the way.
Now go out there and make it happen. You’ve got this. 💪
